Sandhills Elementary Get Creative With Pumpkins
Sandhills Public Schools K-4 students participated in a Pumpkin Book Report project. Students were given one week to choose a book and decorate a pumpkin that resembled his/her favorite storybook character. They were asked to write a short book report, and bring in their chosen book to display with their pumpkins. Students were very excited to extend their learning with this fun Fall reading project, which concludes when they verbally share their book reports and take their pumpkins home!
