2020-2021 School Physical Information
For NSAA athletic participation students are required to have a current physical and to fill out a parent consent form each year. The NSAA forms are attached to this message. You can also use the physical form from your health provider. Don't forget to get your appointments made. The school will not be sports physical host site this year.
