This is a reminder that lunch bills are due at the end of the school year. In order for students to be signed out of school for the summer all bills must be paid. Thank you!!

Mellissa, you’ve been more than just the amazing cook in our school — you’ve been someone who truly cares. You took the time to get to know the students, asked what they liked, and even let them help shape the menu sometimes. Today, the NHS helped celebrate Mellissa by showering her with gifts and cake. During lunch, we were also treated to a special performance by Connor Sutton on the trumpet and Mr. G on the piano. You’ll be missed more than you know. Thank you for everything!

Our junior high track and field athletes competed at Arnold today for the Brady invite. Our girls got 1st place! This was the junior highs final meet of the season. The junior high had an amazing year!

Congratulations to Connor, Haylee, and Lindsey on qualifying for Best of the Midwest yesterday at Sutherland! Haylee got 2nd place in the shot put. Lindsey also competed in the shot put and Connor in the 400 and 800 meter runs. Great job Connor, Haylee, and Lindsey!

The 3rd and 4th graders learned so much and had a lot of fun on their field trip Thursday! Custer Public Power was awesome with virtual goggles of a nuclear power plant, a coal power plant, and standing on top of a wind turbine as well as many other demonstrations! Broken Bow Wind let them go out to see a blade they repaired and out to a turbine turned off then they turned it on so the kids could experience it all! *Student quotes: “Today is ranked a 5.5 out of 5!” and “Today was such a luxurious day!”
